Communication is the key
As Queest Village has grown and welcomed many new owners, your council felt it was time to put our Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles and Values in writing. They may not reflect every owner’s views. They represent how the current council thinks, based on our experience and our interest in doing our jobs well on behalf of Queest Village Strata.
We share them because we want open lines of communication with each of you. We want every owner to know how council thinks collectively, and just as importantly, we want to know what you think. Stay informed and keep us informed through the website, the AGM, the bulletin, notices, fireside chats or phone calls. Contact any or all members of council. Get involved.
Most importantly, you all know Queest runs on volunteers, and every owner has a part to play. We have been lucky to benefit from the long-standing involvement of many owners and their families. Big projects that take years and the smallest of tasks all add up for the village. It really is a key part of what makes Queest so great. Please take part.
Thanks to each and every one of you, past and present, for your interest and involvement in running Queest. You know who you are, and we are grateful. Let’s all keep making Queest a great place.
Sincerely, for Queest Council
Robin Rankine, Chair
